Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Trading Paal’s services.

1. The Service

Trading Paal provides an automated trading Expert Advisor (EA) set up and managed on your personal MetaTrader 5 (MT5) broker account. The EA trades the XAUUSD (Gold) pair using an automated scalping strategy.

You retain full ownership and control of your broker account at all times. Trading Paal does not hold, manage, or have withdrawal access to your funds.

2. Profit Share Agreement

The service operates on a 30% profit share model. This means:

  • There is no monthly fee
  • A 30% share of net profits is due at the end of each agreed period
  • If there are no profits, no payment is owed
  • Profit share is calculated on verified account statements

Payment terms will be confirmed individually before the EA is activated on your account.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and commodities (including Gold) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

  • Past performance of the EA does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • The EA is a technical tool and does not guarantee profits
  • Market conditions, broker execution, and liquidity can all affect results
  • You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose

By using this service, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

4. Approved Brokers

The EA is designed and tested on a specific list of approved brokers. Trading Paal cannot guarantee performance or compatibility with brokers outside this list. You are responsible for opening and maintaining your own broker account.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the application process
  • Keep your broker account funded to the agreed minimum level
  • Notify Trading Paal promptly if you wish to pause or stop the EA
  • Not interfere with EA settings or open manual trades on the EA account without prior discussion

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or communicated by Trading Paal constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You should seek independent financial advice before making any trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trading Paal is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the EA, including but not limited to trading losses, broker issues, technical failures, or adverse market conditions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the arrangement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the EA will be removed from your account and any outstanding profit share will be settled based on the final account statement.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
